Units of the Colombian Navy in a joint work and effort with the National Army and the Colombian Air Force, in two operations find 383 kilograms of cocaine hydrochloride.

The first result was given during a joint operation with the National Army in the Ca帽o Dulce - Tubar谩 anchorage area, in the department of Atl谩ntico, where it had previously detected a Liberian-flagged ship that would have as its final destination the Netherlands, with a possible contamination with narcotics.

Personnel of the Barranquilla Coast Guard Station arrived at the scene, who thoroughly inspected and reported the ship, finding in one of its compartments two sacks with 65 packages, which when analyzed, left positive result for 60 kilograms of cocaine.

Meanwhile, Colombian sailors of the Santa Marta Coast Guard Station, together with an aircraft of the Colombian Air Force, combined their Resources to carry out the maritime interception of a Go Fast type ship, which was traveling suspiciously 80 nautical miles northeast of Riohacha - La Guajira. On board the boat manned by three individuals, 13 sacks with 323 rectangular packages with drugs were found by troops, which would be destined for the Dominican Republic.

With these two shipments of illegal drugs, which allegedly belonged to the Organized Armed Group GAO Clan del Golfo, it was possible to find 383 kilograms of cocaine hydrochloride and prevented the commercialization of more than 950 thousand doses in the international illegal market, damaging the finances of drug trafficking organizations that commit crimes in the Colombian Caribbean by more than 14 million dollars.

The personnel and the material were put into custody of the authorities.
