Bolivar. The National Navy held a Development Support Day in which 1,600 people of the municipality of Magangu茅, department of Bol铆var, benefited from specialized medical and dental services.
During the day, people received general medicine, dentistry, gynecology and psychology services, as well as 18,000 units of liquid Bienestarina (dietary supplement) and clothing and food kits. Promotional and prevention talks were also given and hairdressing services for adults and children were provided. In the same way, recreational activities were carried out for the children who also received 320 presents.
The activity was led by the Infantry Battalion No. 17 in the "Belisario" neighborhood and counted on the participation of the Mayor's office of Magangu茅, the Municipal Health Secretariat, the Polytechnic Institute of Magangu茅, the ESE R铆ogrande del Magdalena, the sanitary service of Magang茅 and three Health Promoting Institutions.
