In a solemn ceremony in the Special District of Buenaventura, Valle del Cauca, 24 Regular navy men who serve their military service in the Colombian Navy, finished their secondary studies.

The Commander of the Navy Command and Support Battalion No.2, Navy Infantry Major Juan Jos茅 Carrillo, presided over the ceremony in which the young people received their secondary studies diploma, in recognition of the effort and dedication, which led them to achieve an important purpose in their life projects.

Thanks to the financial support provided by the Naval Social action of Bah铆a M谩laga and Buenaventura, the young people combined their daily military service activities for two months with virtual classes, homework and workshops of the five modules of mathematics, Spanish, natural sciences, social and English, taught by the Jorge Isaacs School.

"I am very proud of my son's reports and I thank the Navy for the good treatment and support they have given him," said one of the parents attending the ceremony. With pride and satisfaction for the duty fulfilled, these navy young men completed their academic training cycle and will continue for another month serving the Homeland at the Naval Institution.
