The seizures were made in several municipalities of Santander: south of Cesar, south of Bolívar and Valle, and will be accused for extortion, kidnapping, selective killings, forced recruitment, smuggling and drug trafficking.
After 10 months of Investigation, it was established that allegedly these people known with the aliases of Omar, Pájaro, El Flaco, Saramy, El Zorro, El Niche and alias Bucaramanga, were dedicated to the forced recruitment of minors, who were taken to the municipality of Puerto Santander, Norte de Santander.
This organized crime group commits crimes in the neighboring department, on border limits, which is an area that has been hit by the criminal operation of this gang through extortion, kidnapping, selective killings, forced recruitment, smuggling and drug trafficking.
Those captured were put into custody of the judicial authority to respond for various crimes. With this result, it is demonstrated the inter-institutional work to preserve Colombian families away from this problems, which affect the wellbeing of our children and adolescents.
