More than 20 military women participated in the conference Role and footprint of today鈥檚 women in the National Army held in C煤cuta.
With the aim of knowing, analyzing and projecting each of the conductes of military women in different environments, the meeting was held where speakers specialized in the individual, referred to the empowerment of military women and their participation in the public sector.
In the same way, the assistants of the different military units that are in the department, had the opportunity to listen to life stories of women who through resilience have reported to get their life projects ahead.
Her role in the family, her challenges in the military institution and leadership, are subjects discussed at this meeting, and they showed that the military woman, has been, is, and will be a column in Colombian society and the whole world for her contributions and indelible footprints.
