An outreach activity with the inhabitants, aimed at promoting the prevention of gender-based violence and illegal recruitment, was carried out by the Caribbean Air Group, in the surroundings of Simon Bolivar Park, on the island of San Andrés.
During the activity, 250 informative brochures and mass messages were distributed aimed at raising people's awareness about the importance of respect for human rights, equity, healthy coexistence and the identification of risk factors associated with gender violence and illegal recruitment.
In the same way, the timely denunciation of any situation that could violate the integrity of children, adolescents and other members of the community was promoted, inviting citizens to contribute to the construction of safe, protective and free environments from any manifestation of violence.
