Around 400 people of the Villa Colombia neighborhood of Cali, had a family lunch with a traditional frijolada (local beans), thanks to the support of the Professional Officers of the Reserve of the Air Combat Command No. 7 of the Colombian Air Force and the Communitarian council of the municipality.
In response to the call of social leaders and inhabitants of the sector to join social activities, the military personnel of the Department of Comprehensive Action, carried out the pertinent coordination and the management of the necessary supplies for the preparation, which benefited the inhabitants who are currently going through a crisis due to the mandatory preventive isolation decreed for more than two months throughout the country.
The activity was carried out with all the biosecurity measures, in order to distribute lunches from home to home. In the same way, the community thanked and shared with a smile the Air Command personnel for this gesture of solidarity and contribution with the vulnerable people.
