In military operations in the department of Caquetá it was possible to arrest seven alleged members belonging to the residual Organized Armed Group, GAOr, Structure, 48, known as the Second Marquetalia, in the village Buenos Aires, city of San Jose del Fragua, department of Caquetá.
Thanks to the resources of the Colombian Air Force and in joint work with the National Army, coordinated with the Police and interagency with the CTI (Technical Investigations Corps), the different criminal groups that commit crimes in the south-east of the country have been weakened. This time, seven individuals were arrested; they are allegedly active members of Structure 48, known as the Second Marquetalia, in addition, five handguns, a hand grenade, two communications radios and military accessories material were found by troops.
