In a military and police operation deployed by troops of the National Army and the Police, and attending the early alerts 053 of 2018 and 008 of 2020, they seized in the village La Martina, municipality of Turbo, Antioquia, 647 kilos of cocaine hydrochloride valued at about 1 million USD. This drug was ready to be sent abroad.
In this place, 4,139 bottles of smuggled liquor also were seized valued at more than 330 million pesos. This is a heavy blow to the finances of the Organized Armed Group Clan del Golfo, which is financed through these illicit revenues to commit criminal operations against civilians and Military Forces.
