Within the framework of the Ayacucho Plan and, thanks to information from citizens, troops of the Thirteenth Brigade of the National Army, in coordination with the CTI (Technical Investigations Corps) of the Prosecutor's Office, reported the arrest in flagrante delicto of an individual who had in his possession a bag with abundant explosive material.

During the operation that was reported in the afternoon in the locality of Santa Fe, in the center of Bogotá, more than 30 units of Amolin, an explosive substance, were found by troops; in addition, 15 meters of security fuse.

The arrested person and the material were put into custody of the Prosecutor's Office, who took over the investigation of the case.
