In military operations carried out in the department of Norte de Santander, the disintegration of one of the GAO ELN's Terrorism Support Networks, Efra铆n Pab贸n Pab贸n Front, was possible with the capture of seven alleged members of the group.
Among those captured there are alias Moncho, who would be the head of the Terrorism Support Network that would be operating in the sectors of Gibraltar and Samor茅, in Toledo, Norte de Santander, and would have been in the organization for 15 years; alias Lalo, alleged expert in explosives, with seven years in that network and three years in the armed wing, and five more alleged individuals who are members of the GAO ELN.
The decisive military operation took place in La China, La Pista, Cede帽o and La Colmena, in the municipality of Gibraltar, municipality of Toledo. The individuals were put into custody of the authorities to continue to conduct their judicial process.
