This explosive device would have been installed by members of the Organized Armed Group GAO-r Structure Tenth.
Through military stability operations carried out by National Army troops, it was possible to find and neutralize an improvised explosive device near the road that leads from Tame to the municipality of Puerto Rondón.
After receiving the early warning in the municipality of Puerto Rondón, Arauca, about the existence of this explosive device, the anti-explosive technical soldiers EXDE DELTA, immediately enter this sector, through an aerial assault, and there they found and destroyed this deadly trap that represented once again the flagrant violation of human rights and international humanitarian law by organized armed groups.
It should be noted that terrorist operations such as this are an imminent danger against the lives of hundreds of inhabitants of the department of Arauca who travel daily along this main road.
