The combat search and rescue group of the Special Operations Aviation Battalion of Colombian National Army, on the weekend carried out a military operation mission, which consisted of supporting the evacuation of three alleged FARC dissidents arrested in flagrante delicto, who were injured in combat against troops of the Third Division, in the rural area of the municipality of Guacarí, Valle del Cauca.
Once the three injured and arrested individuals are evacuated of the scene in a Black Hawk helicopter, the military personnel of the C-SAR group on board the aircraft and in flight provide first aid, with the mission of taking them alive to a health center and to the authorities.
The above once again demonstrates the respect for Human rights on the part of the troops of Colombian National Army, who are trained to face this type of operations within the framework of military operations.
