It is presumed that this man would have coordinated the kidnapping of our soldier Martínez Tapias Jesús, when he was carrying out humanitarian operations in the town of El Mirador in the municipality of Tibú, Norte de Santander.
At the time of the arrest, five long weapons, three handguns, abundant war material, communications and military accessories, Eln armbands and documents of interest to military intelligence were found by troops. These individuals were put into custody of the authorities for prosecution.
