This September 18th and 19th, Colombia hosts the Military Cyber Olympics of the Americas - COM-AMERICAS 2025, an international strategic competition that brings together delegations and cybersecurity experts from Brazil, Chile, Mexico, Portugal, the Dominican Republic, Paraguay, Spain and Colombia.
The official opening of the event was held at the Tequendama Hotel in Bogot谩, with specialized conferences on key topics such as internet, cybersecurity, cybercrime, artificial intelligence and digital sovereignty. Renowned regional and international speakers shared their knowledge and experiences, strengthening the technical dialogue in the field of cyber defense.
On September 19, the technical cyber skills exercise will be held, an unprecedented strategic challenge in the hemisphere, designed to promote international cooperation in military digital security and consolidate a robust regional community facing the challenges of cyberspace.
COM-AMERICAS 2025 is positioned as an essential environment for the exchange of military operation knowledge, the evaluation of resources in simulated environments and the construction of inter-institutional alliances in the field of military cybersecurity.
