This is Yan Carlos Navia Pantoja, who became known as Dracula, a member of a group of the Jorge Briceño Suárez structure of the FARC dissents, who had been in charge of retaking areas of interference of the former front 40, in Caquetá.

Based on information provided by the Region's Civic Participation Network, the Military Forces and the National Police carried out a coordinated military operation, with which it was possible to capture alias Dracula, who was committing crimes under the direction of Auner Restrepo, alias Juan Carlos, head of the finance and logistics group of the residual organized armed group, GAO-r.

The arrest of Alias Dracula, who was three years within the criminal organization, was carried out by troops of the Joint Task Force Omega and units of the Gaula (Anti-Extortion and Anti-Kidnapping Group) of the National Police, in the village Villalobos of the municipality of San Vicente del Caguán, Caquetá.

He had an arrest warrant issued by the Attorney General's Office, for association to commit crimes for extortionate purposes; manufacture, trafficking and carrying of firearms or ammunition of exclusive use of the Military Forces; manufacture, trafficking, carrying or possession of firearms, accessories, parts or ammunition and extortion.

With this capture, the structure loses influence on the staff of the communitarian operation boards, guilds, owners of livestock farms, cheese factories, small and medium-sized marketers of coca-based paste.

During the military and police operation, abundant material was found such as military accessories (camouflaged, pixelated tactical clothing, handkerchiefs with patches alluding to the FARC-EP), 24 different caliber war cartridges, three cell phones, a magazine for a short weapon, a book of the Colombian clandestine Communist Party (PCCC) and technological equipment with information of interest to military intelligence and State security agencies

Criminal Experience:

In 2017, he formed the networks of support to the residual structure and conducted criminal intelligence work in the Bolsa de Guayas, Cartagena Del Chairá and El Doncello, in Caquetá.

In 2018, in the aforementioned municipalities, in the same way, he carries out activities of mass organization and illegal recruitment for the GAO-r e-62, especially minors, as well as trafficking, marketing of narcotics and collection of money extorted from buyers of coca-based Paste.

In 2019, he was under the criminal direction of alias Sergio Carvajal, head of the Student School of the different structures of the GAO-r, in activities of distribution of extortion brochures and collection of illicit money.

This year he was conducting work on militias in the hamlet of Villalobos, Campo Hermoso and La Novia Celestial, in San Vicente Del Caguán, Caquetá.
