The man apparently got money for the finances of the Organized Armed Group, through several crimes, in various municipalities of Santander and Norte de Santander.
Troops of the Fifth Brigade, of the Second Division of the National Army, capture alias Bladimir or El Tuerto, who allegedly served as the second ringleader of the finances group of the residual Organized Armed Group 45.
The events were reported in the hamlet Palogordo, in Girón, in the department of Santander, where soldiers of the Military Gaula (Anti-Extortion and Anti-Kidnapping Group) in coordination with the CTI (Technical Investigations Corps), found this individual, who apparently had been in the ranks of the organization for nearly two years and was in charge of the achievement and administration of money received through the crime of extortion and kidnapping, in various municipalities of Norte de Santander and Santander.
Alias Bladimir or El Tuerto, was put into custody of the judicial authority and must face charges of conspiracy to commit an aggravated crime for the purposes of extortion and kidnapping.
