Alias Mario, according to authorities, 41, with more than four years of criminal experience in the Clan del Golfo, would be in charge of the control of illicit income and the collection of money from extortions. This individual who served as councilor of the municipality of Riosucio had an arrest warrant in force for the crimes of conspiracy for aggravated criminality and manufacture, carrying and trafficking of firearms of exclusive use of the Military Forces.
During the operation, five other individuals were in the same way captured. They would be part of the criminal component of the Pablo Jos茅 Montalvo Cuitiva substructure. They are said to be alias Ara帽a, alias Am茅rico, and alias Ivan, alias Antonio and alias Emiro, who had communications equipment, long weapons and a lot of cash.

Those captured were put into custody of the judicial authorities and they were put into prison, for the crimes of conspiracy for aggravated criminality and manufacture, carrying and trafficking of firearms.
