Valle del Cauca. In coordinated operations conducted by the National Navy and the National Police in Buenaventura - Valle del Cauca, alias "Bebe" and alias "Niño" were captured. One is the leader and the other is an extortionist of the organized criminal group "La Empresa", who committed crimes in the district 10.
The intelligence work of the troops of the Unified action Group for Personal Freedom - Military Gaula (Anti-Extortion and Anti-Kidnapping Group) of the National Navy and the National Police, for several days had followed these criminals who had been frightening different inhabitants of the port. This operations led to the captures in the streets of the neighborhoods Bello Horizonte and Carlos Holmes Trujillo of the commune 10.
Alias "Bebe" and alias "Niño", 20 and 19,, had been reported by different victims in the neighborhood “El Progreso”.
These individuals had an arrest warrant for the crimes of aggravated conspiracy, aggravated extortion, forced displacement and aggravated robbery, issued by the Office of the Attorney General of the Nation, so they were put into custody of the authorities.
So far this year, the Pacific Naval Force has captured 85 individuals who were part of organized armed groups and common criminality in the littoral.
