Alias Ramiro or Comegalleta, 62, has more than 30 years in the ELN, and would have under his command approximately 35 terrorists in 3 commissions, he is said to be expert in explosives and in criminal political activities. He would in the same way be responsible for illegal recruitment of minors, and collect illegal income through extortion against ranchers, miners, merchants and the transport union in the northeast of Antioquia.
