In a territorial control operation, carried out in the rural area of the municipality of Norosí, South of Bolívar, troops of the Mechanized Infantry Battalion No. 4, of the Joint Task Force Marte, capture a person for the crime of homicide.
Through information of the Civic Participation Network, it was possible to establish the place where this person was, who was captured for the crime of aggravated homicide allegedly caused to his son.
The man was immediately put into custody of the authorities.
With this capture, the National Army ratifies the fulfillment of its mission in this region of the country, where day by day Colombian soldiers work to mitigate the criminal operations of those common criminality groups that harm the tranquility and security of the inhabitants.
The First Division of the National Army will continue to carry out decisive military operations that help combat instability factors such as organized armed groups and common criminals, in order to generate progress in the South of Bolívar.
