It becomes an environment of projection and positioning of the tourist and commercial sectors of Colombia and the heroic city, taking into account that it is the opportunity to share experiences at the sea, and at the same time show the attractions of Cartagena, tighten and strengthen the bonds of partnership between the different Navies and the people of the participating countries.
