In order to continue strengthening the relations between the United States Air Force and the Colombian Air Force, on December 3, 2019, Chief Master Sergeant John Storms, CMSGT, Chief of Command of the Twelfth Air Force - 12AF (AFSOUTH) visited the facilities of the NCOs School Capitan Andrés M. Díaz, “ESUFA”.
During the visit made by CMSGT Storms accompanied by Mr. TJC Oswaldo Jiménez Suárez of the Colombian Air Force and with the support provided by Colonel Danysh A. Forero, Director of ESUFA, the visitor after receiving the command information of the Unit had the opportunity to share time with its Officers, NCOs and Students to tell his experience of service and leadership with an approximate group of 14,000 men and women of the United States Air Force, USAF.
The information provided by the CMSGT in an open, frank and contributing way to the mission of the Colombian Air Force (CAF), as well as the friendly interaction with the personnel of both nationalities and Air Forces, evidences the existing bonds of partnership that will facilitate the further development of different projects that contribute to the Security, well-being and development of the country, the region and the hemisphere.
