Six officers of the Chilean Air Force, including sub-lieutenants and lieutenants, successfully completed the Basic Helicopter Course at the Air Combat Command No. 4, CACOM 4, of the Colombian Aerospace Force, this training, carried out in high technical demanding environment, represents an important achievement in professional development and strengthens the ties of cooperation between Colombia and Chile.
During the course, the Chilean officers participated in a rigorous instructional program that included theoretical and practical training on the fundamentals of helicopter aviation. This training, led by highly trained instructors from CACOM 4, led the students to perfect their skills under the highest international standards; the experience not only consolidated their technical competencies, but in the same way fostered the exchange of knowledge with their Colombian counterparts.
International cooperation continues to be a strategic pillar for the Colombian Aerospace Force, through this type of programs it not only strengthens the military operations resources of the participating military forces, but in the same way promotes mutual knowledge and consolidates experience exchange networks.
With the completion of this course, the officers of the Chilean Air Force are prepared to take on new challenges in their country's military aviation, reaffirming the importance of joint training as a tool to strengthen ties between the air forces of Colombia and Chile, two sister nations working for security and international cooperation.
