On the main roads of the department of Cundinamarca and the access roads to Bogotá, 5,000 men from Brigade 13 guarantee security.
At this time of the end of the year the National Army Brigade 13 has implemented a major operation to strengthen security on the main roads, in rural and urban areas of the center of the country, 5,000 soldiers will guard 16 main roads and 14 secondary roads.
The troops of the Brigade 13 will be engaged in 30 checkpoints distributed throughout the department, in permanent coordination with the National Police to ensure the tranquility of travelers who move from the capital city to different regions of the country, conducting searches to vehicles and providing information to citizens.
