A very special visit by the children of the Leticia Recreational Vacation Club was received at the Amazon Air Group. It was a meeting in which more than 70 infants could enjoy the activity Cine con altura (Cinema in the Heights), led by the Comprehensive Action Department of this Unit.
Those who took part in this playful activity enjoyed a children's movie, being for many of them a new experience. During the morning they got to know the facilities of the Air Base, recreational activities were carried out, they also enjoyed a snack and made a symbolic planting of seedlings in the unit with the aim of creating ecological awareness, with love and care for nature.
At the end of the activity, the objective was fulfilled, which consisted of carrying out a morning of joy and integration with the Colombian Air Force, because the children thanked the operation carried out with hugs, smiles and applause, for those who make up the Institution, because they not only protect people from the air, but in the same way generate these spaces of union with the community.
In this way, the Amazon Air Group continues to carry out this type of activities with the purpose of having a closer relationship with the inhabitants, so that they get to know the Colombian Air Force and the daily operation it carries out for the benefit of Colombians.
