As part of the commemoration of the national month, the Colombian Aerospace Force, through the Air Combat Command No. 7, CACOM 7, and its Comprehensive Action Section and in coordination with the municipal mayor's office of Cerrito, Valle de Cauca department, an outreach activity was carried out with the inhabitants, reaffirming their commitment to the wellbeing of the most vulnerable communities and the strengthening of the social fabric.
During the activity, 2,400 diapers for children and 30 boxes of spaghetti were distributed, humanitarian aid that benefited 92 people, especially families with children in early childhood. This initiative managed to provide timely support to those who need it most, contributing to the improvement of their quality of life by providing essential elements for the care and development of minors.
This alliance managed to identify the main vulnerabilities of the people and channel efforts to bring assistance to the inhabitants, consolidating acts that strengthen trust between the institutions and citizens.
Beyond fulfilling its constitutional mission of protecting the sovereignty and security of the country, the Colombian Aerospace Force continues to carry out initiatives that promote social development and solidarity with communities. Through these activities, Air Combat Command No. 7 confirms its vocation of service, accompanying Colombians and contributing to the well-being of those who need it most.
