During the Third Space Conference of the Americas, which was held at the Conference Center of the Americas, at the Southern Command of the United States in Doral, Florida, the Colombian Aerospace Force participated, since it is currently carrying out different projects in this area, which is why these academic spaces are fundamental for its development.
For this conference, the main theme was Conducting Cooperation through Common Objectives, generating the conditions to hold discussions at the executive level, on space threats, under the framework of common objectives and interoperability in the Western Hemisphere.
At the end of this space, possible ways of cooperation were identified, seeking to strengthen collaboration and partnerships among by the different space institutions of each participating regional actor, in order to seek an exchange of information, which leads to contributions to the participating nations.
