Within the framework of Operation Themis, a strategy carried out in order to hit the command, control, finances and logistics of the organized armed groups that generate violence in the country, the Colombian Aerospace Force through the Air Combat Command No. 7, made different overflights in the departments of Cauca and Valle del Cauca, specifically on the sectors of rural area of Caloto, Cali, Jamund铆, Potrerito, Robles and Palmira.
During the overflights, more than 8,000 brochures were launched identifying 15 ringleaders and members of Organized Armed Groups who are wanted for being linked to the deaths of different social leaders and human rights defenders, in addition to contact numbers and rewards of up to 500 million pesos, for information that leads to the arrest of these individuals.
It should be noted that this work is being carried out in coordination with the Army and the National Police, who invite people to contribute with information that leads them to find the whereabouts of these criminals and carry out operations, to continue working for the sovereignty of the Colombian people.
