The Municipality of Villavicencio, with the support of the secretary of Health, is carrying out the Route of Life, a campaign of Vaccination Activity where they take this benefit home to the inhabitants who, due to some economic, health or mobility condition, can not access the vaccination points. This time the Colombian Air Force was accompanying and safely supporting the inhabitants and volunteer personnel of this campaign.

From very early in the morning, the volunteer personnel accompanied by the Colombian Air Force arrived in the Las Malvinas neighborhood, ready to provide support to the inhabitants of this sector of the city of Villavicencio.

This campaign had the opportunity to bring this benefit to most of these people. Children under the age of five were given regular vaccinations, children by 1 and 10 years old were given the measles and rubella second dose and people over 40 years old were given the single dose of Johnson & Johnson's COVID 19 vaccine. Moreover, pets were immunized against rabies.

In this way, the Air Force continues to work in a committed manner with the Colombian people, regardless of distance or place and willing to fulfill the responsibility of maintaining the safety of our compatriots.
