Colombian Air Force and National Army guard the Route of the Sun

After the reopening of the Ruta del Sol, with the work carried out by the National Army to secure mobility, the Colombian Air Force continues to carry out surveillance tasks.

 

Due to the attacks by the Organized Armed Group, GAO, ELN during the past week, it was possible to build a temporary bridge in Pailitas, César, which connected the mobility of the center with the north of the country, reason why the Colombian Air Force continues to carry out surveillance, accompaniment and control work on the entire Ruta del Sol.

 

These overflights are carried out with the purpose of accompanying the work that continues to be carried out by the troops of the First Division of the National Army, to work for the right to mobility and trade that moves through this main route, seeking normality in the different economic activities of the Caribbean region.

 

Security will continue to be a priority for the Colombian Air Force, which will be monitoring 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in these areas that have been hit by organized armed groups, contributing to the search and arrest of individuals who attack the rights of Colombians.
