Through aerial loudspeakers missions and the launch of brochures, the Air Combat Command No.3 has been carrying out a massive prevention campaign in the metropolitan area of Barranquilla where they invite the community to report crimes such as extortion and kidnapping.
The activity was carried out from a helicopter Bell 212 in order to prevent the population against kidnapping and extortion through brochures that give the community more information about the service lines where this crimes can be reported, crimes that damages the different sectors of the metropolitan area.
In that sense, the authorities recommend: Not to obey the extortion calls that demand money transfers, in the same way, people are advised to inform in the 147 line of the Gaula (Anti-Extortion and Anti-Kidnapping Group) to report immediately when any situation crime of these occurs.
