Working to take care of and protect the environment, the Colombian Air Force through the Amazon Air Group participated in a planting activity carried out at kilometer 14 of the municipality of Leticia with the main objective of supporting these activities to preserve natural resources.
For this day there was the participation of Corpoamazonia, the Secretary of Agriculture and Departmental Environment, Agrarian Bank staff, National Natural Parks of Colombia and the National Army of Colombia.
During the activity it was possible to enrich the Amazon forest with the planting of 200 cedar trees, which has been overexploited and deforested for years. In the same way, people were invited to adopt customs and values for the benefit of the preservation and conservation of ecosystems and the environment.
