The result hits the illegal activities of illicit structures.
In an operation that demonstrates the permanent security actions, the Field Artillery Battalion Nº 9 Tenerife, or of the Ninth Brigade, reported the seizure of 66 packages with 33 kilograms of marijuana, equivalent to 33,000 doses that will not reach the hands of Huila children and young people.
The result was obtained in the village Nilo, on the road that connects the municipalities of Teruel and Palermo, thanks to the coordinated work conducted by the Battalion's motorized unit, the Metropolitan Police of Neiva and the CTI (Technical Investigations Corps) of the Prosecutor's Office.

According to preliminary information, this shipment would belong to the residual organized armed group Central bloc Isaías Pardo, of the Ismael Ruiz Structure, a criminal organization that commits crimes in areas bordering the department of Cauca and seeks to maintain control of illicit activities in the south of the country.
