During the month of December and the beginning of 2026, the soldiers, on the rural road of the municipality of Rio Blanco, have added the finding of 404 kilos of narcotics belonging to this structure at the service of alias Ivan Mordisco.
Soldiers of the Rapid Deployment Battalion N.13 of the Sixth Brigade of Colombian National Army arrived at the Las Mercedes village in the municipality of Rio Blanco, who, thanks to military intelligence information, found two sacks containing marijuana.
The drug had been hidden at a point on this rural road to be picked up by members of the GAO-r frente Ismael Ruiz, however, thanks to the information obtained by the troops, they arrived earlier and found the sacks, which by their smell and characteristics resembled marijuana. Later it was taken to the military base for weighing, which confirmed 27.4 kilos that would have a commercial price close to $70 million pesos. The drug was put into custody of the police.
Through this result of the military operation of the soldiers of the Sixth Brigade, the illicit activities of this residual organized armed group are hit; this group would be transporting shipments of narcotics along this mobility route that connects Tolima with the department of Valle del Cauca.
