Ejército Nacional incautó tonelada y media de clorhidrato de cocaína

So far this year, the Command Against Drug Trafficking and Transnational Threats has found more than 37 tons of this drug, considerably damaging the illicit activities of illegal groups that commit crimes in the country.

Within the framework of joint military operations, with permanent inter-institutional coordination, troops of the Command Against Drug Trafficking and Transnational Threats, in the village Corriente Grande, municipality of San Andrés de Tumaco, Nariño, dealt a powerful blow to drug trafficking, finding and subsequently destroying a laboratory consisting of six constructions, in which the troops found a large amount of liquid and solid precursors that were used for the production of cocaine hydrochloride and more than 1800 kilograms of this illicit substance, it was ready to be sold on the world market.

With the finding of almost two tons of cocaine, the illicit activities of the organized armed groups that commit crimes in the region are hit by more than $9,520,000,000, in the same way, the consumption of more than 3,786,000 doses is stopped, so it was possible to reduce the number of deaths due to the consumption of this psychoactive substance that hits the health of consumers.
