At a checkpoint conducted by the Colombian Navy and the National Police, it was possible to find two pistols, two magazines, ammunition, three shotguns, 500 grams of coca paste and 730 grams of Bazuco (crack) in a rural area of the municipality of Lorica, Córdoba.
Troops of the Navy Battalion No.14 and units of the National Police identified the work of an individual with a suspicious attitude who was traveling on a motorcycle on one of the roads of the municipality Los Morales, who noticing the work of the military escaped, throwing a sack on the side of the road.
Immediately, the authorities proceeded to verify the material found, ruling out that it was an explosive device. In the place they found armament, ammunition and narcotic substances that were packed in personal doses, ready for distribution.
The individual apparently intended to commercialize these illicit substances, under the modality of microtrafficking in rural areas of this municipality of Cordoba. The material was put into custody of to the judicial authorities.
