Three operations carried out simultaneously by the Colombian Navy and the Attorney General's office, in Medellin, Cali and Bahía Solano, led to the capture of six members of an organized gang, GDO, in the service of drug trafficking.

In compliance with the arrest orders for the crimes of trafficking, manufacture or carrying of narcotics and association to commit crimes, the first operation was carried out in the city of Medellin, Antioquia, where troops of the Military Gaula (Anti-Extortion and Anti-Kidnapping Group) De Buenaventura and officials of the Attorney General's Office, found and captured three individuals.

In parallel, in the city of Cali was captured one of the individuals and in Bahía Solano, Department of Chocó, troops of the Navy Infantry Battalion No.21 were caught, they are a 49-year-old man and a 53-year-old woman, who had in their possession communication equipment and a package with a substance similar to marijuana.

These seizures are the result of inter-agency work conducted in the North and Central Pacific, to counter the criminal operation of criminal organizations in the service of drug trafficking. Those captured were put into custody of officials of the Attorney General's Office.
