During the last days, the men and women of the Caribbean Naval Force and its Disaster Risk Management and Assistance Company have come to different peripheral sectors of these localities, to carry essential products in the family basket, drinking water and pet food, in order to supply households during Mandatory Preventive Isolation, which seeks to contain the spread of COVID-19.

In an uninterrupted way and accompanied by the departmental and local governments and personnel of the National Police and the Colombian Civil Defense, have visited door to door taking the Unified operation of the State in favor of those who most need this effective and timely help  to stay at home and thereby reduce the numbers of people infected with the coronavirus.

The Caribbean Naval Force employs all its logistical and human capacities to support security, transportation, accompaniment and distribution of food baskets, drinking water and cleaning kits, which have been possible thanks to the coordinated and supportive work of the public and private sector.
