In the same environment, a Playaton was held in the sector known as Lipe Beach, in which 100 kilograms of usable waste and 600 kilograms of non-usable waste were collected and classified, promoting the control and care of the sea ecosystem and the fishing resource.

With this activity in which efforts and Resources were coordinated by the Sailors of the Santa Marta Coast Guard Station, Port Authority and dozens of volunteers of the Rodadero Aquarium, Blue Restorers, Colombian Civil Defense, Francospina, Akwa Mare Foundation, CIM Caribe Foundation, Corpamag, MCS, Environmental Consulting and Monitoring, Navy of Santa Marta, Marea Recicla Project, Sea Taxi and Un mill贸n de Corales por Colombia, it was possible to contribute to the preservation of fauna and flora, positively impacting social, economic, tourism and environmental development in this region of the country.
