With the support of the community, the Colombian Navy managed to rescue 11 people who shipwrecked in the waters of the Magdalena River over the municipality of Barrancabermeja in the Department of Santander.
The incident in which two people unfortunately lost their lives was reported six kilometers of the main pier of the municipality of Barrancabermeja. There 13 people were enjoying a ride on a boat, where apparently the engines had mechanical failures being adrift.
