In addition to the people of Cartagena, among the beneficiaries of this activity there are Venezuelan migrants who live in the city.

In compliance with the San Roque operation, the Colombian Navy, along with different public and private institutions, supported the distribution of more than 4,340 kits of humanitarian aid to the most vulnerable inhabitants of the Olaya Herrera neighborhood and the municipality of La Boquilla in Cartagena, in the department of Bolívar.

A large part of these food baskets were arranged by the Ministry of the Interior within the framework of the program: Colombia is with you. One million families, which seeks to contribute to the Unified action of the State in the entire national territory. This time, the aid was distributed among the most vulnerable inhabitants of the heroic city, including Venezuelan migrants.

These food kits were made with basic items of the family basket and were obtained thanks to the coordinated work conducted by the Colombian Navy and public and private sector institutions, including the Bolivar Government, the Cartagena Mayor's Office, the National Police, the National Unit for Disaster Risk Management - UNGRD, the Colombian Civil Defense, ANDI and the AGM Huellas de Piedra Foundation and the Bahía Foundation.
