Units of the Colombian Navy provided timely support and control the fire that occurred aboard a boat, which was approximately 20 meters of the neighborhood known as El Lleras, in the estuary San Antonio, Bah铆a de Buenaventura.

Once it was confirmed that there were no victims at the scene, the boat was towed away of the inhabited area so that it did not pose a danger to the community.

Subsequently, two units of the Port Authority of Buenaventura and an Amphibious Landing Ship-type unit of the Pacific Naval Force, approached the place to support the extinguishing of the fire; simultaneously, coordinated with the Volunteer Fire Department of Buenaventura they were transported aboard a Coast Guard unit to the scene to provide support.

After controlling the fire, the place was verified and the material was put into custody of the authorities.
