With the aim of continuing to strengthen the security, progress and well-being of the inhabitants of the municipality of Funza, Cundinamarca, the Military Transport Air Command- CATAM in Bogotá held a strategic meeting with the Mayor's Office of Funza.
The meeting was attended by Brigadier General Víctor Alexander Celis, Commander of CATAM and the Mayor of Funza Mrs. Jeimmy Villamil, who accompanied by their work teams made visible the main needs of the municipality in terms of security, in order to materialize cooperation projects and consolidate strategies.
In the same way, the Mayor of Funza and her work team learned about the different military operations resources that the Military Transport Air Command has and they also addressed issues related to the social responsibility plans that the Military Unit has designed for this municipality, with the support of the Professional Officers corps of the Reserve for health, productive projects and community development.
In this way, CATAM continues to conduct its country-building operation reiterating its commitment to the progress of the different communities, in this case coordinating initiatives that facilitate strategies and programs for this municipality of the Western Sabána.
