Preventing the community against the crimes of kidnapping and extortion are one of the most important aspects for the Military Gaula (Anti-Extortion and Anti-Kidnapping Group), for that reason, in the last month, they carried out 1,161 activities with civilians.

With 5,228 radio spots, 68,135 brochures distributed, 2,930 posters, 27 daytime and nighttime loudspeaker activities, 134 checkpoints and 790 work plan activities and accompaniment in the main areas of the country, the Military Gaula (Anti-Extortion and Anti-Kidnapping Group) has strengthened the campaign against kidnapping and extortion #YoNoPagoYoDenuncio (I do not pay, I denounce).

The Military Gaula (Anti-Extortion and Anti-Kidnapping Group) has shared routine aspects with the community, which are often neglected, especially at Christmas time and which are decisive to prevent the inhabitants from being victims of the criminals dedicated to crimes of kidnapping and extortion. For example, do not go to appointments with strangers without first call Line 147, if possible record intimidating calls, and do not allow them to handle the conversation and remain calm.
