We continue to strengthen bilateral ties. On this occasion, through the Education and Doctrine Command (CEDOC), Colombian National Army received a visit from Major General Lino Loureiro Gonçalves, commander of the Military Academy of the Army of Portugal, who got to know each of the training processes that Colombians who make up the different schools of the institution receive; the organization, hierarchy of doctrine, as well as the current international academic mobility.
The presentation was given by Colonel Alexander López Castrillón, Director of the Doctrine Center with transfer of Administrative Functions of Chief of Staff of the Education and Doctrine Command, who presented each of the resources obtained by the Colombian soldier during his military career, as well as the importance of having an excellent preparation.
Later, he gave a tour of the facilities of the Education and Doctrine Command, ending at the Infantry Historical Center, where the entire evolution of the infantry pillar of the cultural heritage of Colombian National Army was exposed.
