In the department of Atlantico, Military Forces and National Police found more than a ton of marijuana that would belong to the GAO Clan del Golfo

En el Atlántico, Fuerzas Militares y Policía Nacional incautaron más de una tonelada de marihuana que pertenecería al GAO Clan del Golfo

Within the framework of the Ayacucho Plan, the Combat Engineer Battalion No. 2, attached to the Second Brigade of Colombian National Army; the Colombian Navy, in coordination with the National Police, in the municipality of Juan de Acosta, Atlántico, found 1,317 kilograms of marijuana, which would belong to the Organized Armed Group, GAO, Clan del Golfo, substructure Nicolás Antonio Urango Reyes. 

 

After the information provided by military intelligence, Army soldiers, in coordination with the National Police, found the narcotic would cost more than 1,100,000 dollars in the international market, 2 speedboats and 4 high-displacement engines, would cost 500 million pesos.

 

The material was put into custody of the authorities.
