The substance valued at more than 3,500 million pesos came from the city of Popayan, Cauca.
Within the framework of military search and control operations carried out near kilometer 7 of the road leading from the municipality of Pitalito to Saladoblanco, Huila, troops of the Infantry Battalion No. 27 Magdalena, of the Ninth Brigade, in coordination with units of the Transit and Transport Section and Intelligence Section of the Police of the Department of Huila, neutralized the plans of criminal groups to use the roads of the department to pass large shipments of narcotics.
