With 8 arrests, one of them in flagrante delicto, the criminal activity of this illegal group that commits crimes in the metropolitan area of Bucaramanga is neutralized.
Troops of the National Army, in coordination with the Police, and interinstitutions with the Attorney General's Office, arrested 8 alleged members of the organized crime group Los del Caldas, which allegedly commits crimes such as micro-trafficking in the municipality of Floridablanca, in the department of Santander.
With these arrests, this organized gang is dismantled. It is accused of the storage, dosing and marketing of narcotics on the main roads of the Caldas neighborhood, of Floridablanca. Seven of them had a court order and the other was caught in flagrante delicto. These individuals were put into custody of the judicial authority, to face charges for the crime of trafficking, manufacturing or carrying narcotics.
In the same way, in compliance with the court order for raiding 10 buildings, it was possible the finding of 17 cocaine doses, more than 128 grams of marijuana, 15 clonazepam pills, a digital precision scale and cash, which would belong to this same group.
This dismantling generates a positive impact among the more than 267,000 inhabitants of Floridablanca, Santander, which demonstrates the coordinated work of the soldiers with the judicial and police authorities of the department, to continue contributing to the security, tranquility and good condition of the families of the region.
