In order to provide help to the inhabitants of Amazonas, the Colombian Air Force transported 11 health professionals who will support different medical assistance centers in Leticia, and they will strengthen services for patients diagnosed with COVID-19.
The health professionals were received by the military Air Group of the Amazon (GAAMA), to whom were applied the biosecurity protocols established by the institution for the transport of cargo and personnel in the different humanitarian flights that have been made.
In this way, the Colombian Air Force meets the requirements of the department of Amazonas, where it has been provide help through the transportation of biosecurity elements, medical equipment, donations, health professionals and patients diagnosed with Coronavirus.
